洋基隊基特昨天客場對印地安人隊再擊出一支安打，距離生涯3000安只剩3支，洋基隊今天起將回到紐約和光芒隊進行4連戰，基特可望在主場達成里程碑。

洋基隊由剛從傷兵名單歸隊的休斯先發，這是他4月15日之後首度出賽，第1局被擊出3支安打失2分，投到5局結束沒有再失分，只再被打出3支安打，但是洋基隊沒有給他任何得分支援，以3：5敗給印地安人隊，去年18勝的休斯本季勝投仍未開張，吞下第2敗。 （記者吳清正）
