食物摻毒害人　最高罰千萬關7年

塑化劑風暴襲捲全台，立法院今天協商完成《食品衛生管理法》部分條文修正草案，將現行違法添加有毒物質可處30萬元罰鍰，大幅提高至600萬元，情節重大可直接命其歇業一段期間、停業或廢止公司、商業或工廠登記。

此外，若危害人體健康，最高可處7年刑期或併科罰金1千萬元。過失犯最高處1年或併科罰金600萬元。此案列為明日議程討論事項首案。
