「我們畢業的那個年代，社會就像火山噴發，遍地都是機會。我們本以為熔岩還要流淌，就像血液一樣滾燙呢，沒想到不到20年裡便迅速降溫了，馬上就凝固了，動不了了，變石頭了，五顏六色。」──翟暉，生於1970年，上海人，1991年畢業於上海大學國際經貿學院日語專業，曾在多家日企工作，現為上海對外服務公司國際人才培訓中心培訓師。
