四名男子在台東縣長濱地區，搶奪一名賣菜老婦人脖子上的金項鍊後，食髓知味，隔天又以相同手法，搶奪一名騎乘電動代步車的被害人脖子上的金項鍊，得手後逃逸，經台東警方調閱監視錄影資料比對後，順利逮捕其中三名嫌犯，全案依搶奪罪嫌移送臺東地檢署偵辦。
