安全帽夾手機　邊騎邊講依法開罰

邊騎車邊講手機，很容易分心實在好危險，記者直擊大馬路上，有機車騎士把手機夾在安全帽內，貼住耳朵來講電話，甚至還有女生邊騎單車邊講電話，差點就和對向機車發生擦撞。警方表示把手機夾在安全帽內通話，已經違規，依法要開罰一千元！
