九州暴雨成災　熊本市15萬市民須避難 (中廣)

日本九州暴雨成災，至少1人死亡，多處河堤出現險情，有山洪暴發的危機。熊本市發出緊急避難令，要求15萬市民，到中小學和體育館等地避難。

長崎市就要求市民，尤其是行動不便的長者，做好避難準備。包括鹿兒島和宮崎在內的九州各個縣，已經進入防災的緊急應對階段。

日本氣象廳說，九州今晚會繼續下大雨，雨帶正向北移動，四國和近畿地區將會有暴雨，預計雨量會達到200至250毫米，首都東京明日亦會落大雨。
