3G行動上網龜速　中華電信死不認帳

智慧型手機使用率越來越高，但有民眾投訴，每個月花了950元，辦中華電信3G吃到飽方案「根本吃不飽」，因為中華電信用戶最多，瓜分了頻寬，上網速度是三大電信業者中最慢的。但中華電信死不認帳，鏡頭前糗翻天！

台北市議員高嘉瑜接獲投訴，中華電3G行動上網速度比其他業者慢，甚至沒訊號。上千名網友臉書連署抗議，但中華電嘴硬指個案問題，強調今年底將增2千座大頻寬基地台。
