運彩盈餘保證數差15.87億　北富銀繳清

體委會今證實，台北富邦銀行去年運動彩券盈餘差額15.87億元，已於5月繳清。

北富銀原規劃2010年運彩盈餘保證數35.62億元，到今年4月還有15億多元未上繳，體委會因此發文給法務部台北行政執行處強制執行。
