台灣畢業生求職無方向　7成5找錯工作 (TVBS)

根據勞委會人力需求調查結果顯示，今年企業聘請人員的意願創下5年來新高，不過卻有高達7成5的大學畢業生不知道自己該何去何從。

大部分的畢業生第一份工作，維持不到一年的時間，有超過4成的上班族，是過了1到4年的時間才找到自己適合的工作，等於每個畢業生又念了一次「社會大學」，事實上這樣不但是浪費自己的時間，同時也造成徵才企業的困擾，得不停教導新人，因此人力銀行希望大家能找到符合興趣的工作，才能比較開心。
