小股東提案加薪3%　中鴻表決通過

中鴻今天舉行股東會，有別一般股東要求公司加碼股利配發，小股東希望中鴻多保有現金，甚至現場提案，為中鴻員工加薪3%，股東會當場表決通過，將全力爭取。

中鴻去年度減資後，淨值回升到票面之上，每股稅後盈餘由前年每股稅後盈餘0.42元，攀升至去年每股稅後盈餘1.12元。
