新北市第4大隊消防隊長蕭柏桓表示，今天上午8時15分接報案，新北市新店碧潭傳出一名女子劉懿萱（37歲），劉女參加紅十字會水上安全工作隊舉行水上救生訓練，該學員因不明原因未上岸，該區水域深逾10米，目前持續搜救中。
