夏天到了，想瘦的健康不妨可以到台北市中正區運動中心，體驗「2011夏日塑身大健檢」。運動中心將透過儀器檢測，讓民眾瞭解自己身體，檢驗項目包括體脂肪量、體脂肪率、肌肉量等，該方案包含提供1堂個別諮詢課程，教練將針對檢測數值提供民眾運動建議。若民眾打算在該中心報名減重活動，原價200元之身體組成分析檢測即享9折，若體重成功下降，還又更多折扣。
