投資客退場 比率下滑10%

奢侈稅上路，不少投資客顧及兩年內轉手房屋，將課徵百分之十到十五成交總額，因此投資客進場購屋情形降低，根據永慶房仲集團統計至六月十四日，台北市中心六月投資族群比重為百分之九，較奢侈稅議題釋出之前兩月的百分之十九，下滑十個百分點；台北市郊區、新北市投資客比重也分別減幅百分之九及百分之十一。
