中視新聞》新北市警方抓到一名竊賊專偷消防錨，嫌犯經常在社區大樓外面鬼鬼祟祟，偷完一家將東西藏在外套裡繼續偷下一家，好顯監視器錄下竊賊機車車牌號碼，警方順利逮捕歸案。
